Description
Ideal for turning photos into private observation pages from a journey: journal pages, sketch publications, and exhibition vignettes. The upper half preserves a recognizable original photo; the lower half uses only an ordinary blue ballpoint pen and cheap lined paper. The lines must pass through the drawing. Light and dark come from structural hatching, not digital gray. Some areas are extremely dense, then the pen suddenly stops nearby. Pressure, hesitation, repeated corrections, and the search for a line all remain visible. The subject may be off-center, cropped, or partly missing. If there is text, it must be a few words written casually with the same pen. Avoid polished illustrations, complete backgrounds, photo outlines, smooth shading, tidy vectors, and commercial sketches.

Why we love this skill
Turns photos into blue ballpoint diary manuscripts with visible pressure, hesitation, and corrections. Lines cross the subject, structural hatching meets sudden blank spaces, and the unfinished feel of observation remains.

View allGPT2 x Pencil Travel Journal
Ideal for organizing personal photography, independent publishing, exhibition studies, and lifestyle visual creation. Even when the original image has an ordinary composition, a cluttered background, or a subject that is too small, you can reestablish a clear focal point through reduction, reorganization, cropping, and changes in scale—instead of simply applying a filter to the photo. The overall look combines loose linework, hatching textures, localized colored-pencil accents, generous white space, and a travel journal feel to create a sophisticated visual aesthetic. References include hand-drawn doodle illustration / colored-pencil travel sketch illustration / illustrated journal style. Avoid photo-outline filters, overly clean vector lines, fully realistic backgrounds, excessive coloring, a cartoon-template look, a 3D feel, and a cheap illustration aesthetic.
GPT2 x Naive Hand-Drawn
Ideal for turning everyday photos into contemporary naïve hand-drawn art for personal albums, independent stationery, and small-scale art publishing. The top half preserves the recognizable original photo; the bottom half keeps only its most soulful shapes, reinterpreted with loose, slightly wobbly colored outlines, marker, and colored pencil. Keep the subject small, surrounded by warm cream white. Draw a few of the most expressive colors from the original image. Keep them warm and matte, with select areas allowed to be slightly more vivid. Preserve paper grain, overrun lines, and pauses. Avoid smooth vectors, polished edges, complex shadows, 3D, and formal commercial titles.
GPT2 x Soft Doodle Sketches
Ideal for organizing personal photography, independent publishing, exhibition studies, and lifestyle-focused visual work. Even when the original image has an ordinary composition, a cluttered background, or a subject that feels too small, you can reestablish focus through reduction, reorganization, cropping, and changes in scale—instead of simply applying a filter. The refined visual effect comes from a controlled childlike awkwardness, rounded lines, occasional colored-pencil strokes, small-scale subjects, generous artistic negative space, and relaxed text-and-image layouts. Avoid literal rendering of every object, complete coloring, complex backgrounds, rigid vector lines, a templated cartoon feel, a 3D look, and the cheap appearance of children's illustrations.
